  • Liver Diseases including tests for Viral Profile in Hepatitis and Alcohol related problems.

(B) Gastrointestinal Surgery :
Comprehensive Surgical Care is provided both by conventional (open) and Laparoscopic techniques.

All types of conventional GI surgeries are now performed through Minimal Access Surgery. PSRI has a very good team of surgeons having rich experience of minimal access surgery of all types.

(C) Nephrology  

All diagnostic and therapeutic facilities are available for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of kidneys. Department of Nephrology has an active hemo dialysis unit. Facilities for CAPD are also available.

(D) Urology & Renal Transplant Programme

Urological Surgery covers treatment of the following conditions:

  • Kidney Diseases
  • Stone Diseases
  • Prostate
  • All other Urogenital and Renal Disorders
  • Kidney Transplant

Renal Transplant Programme of the Institute is one of the most noticeable and successful surgical programme with post operative 1 year success rate more than 95.6% i.e. matching world standards.
